My counselling experience is diverse and includes working with people who have problems with anxiety, depression, work stress and low self esteem. I have helped people overcome issues such as bereavement, family problems, suicidal thoughts and the emotional trauma caused by abuse. I also work with individuals who are looking for support in their relationships.



The BACP is the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the BACP.


The BACP maintains a register of counsellors and psychotherapists. The register is assessed and accredited under the Accredited Register scheme set up by the Department of Health and administered by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (the Authority).
